Lumen Resources is seeking a HRIS Functional Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing HRIS intake channels, managing global HRIS projects, and contributing to the development of the organization's HR technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

Maintain oversight of HRIS intake channels, ensuring that inquiries, escalations, and complex issues are evaluated, prioritized, and resolved within agreed timelines while maintaining service quality across multiple platforms

Build and nurture strong working relationships with internal departments and affiliate partners to support unified HR process design, consistent system usage, and cohesive end-to-end employee experience

Drive the planning, coordination, and rollout of global HRIS projects—including enhancements, new module deployments, and large-scale implementations—by managing timelines, resource alignment, stakeholder communication, and go-live readiness

Contribute to the development and continuous refinement of the organization’s long-term HR technology roadmap, ensuring system capabilities evolve in alignment with strategic workforce needs and broader business objectives
