Responsibilities
Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage with potential restaurant clients to understand their needs and propose SpotHopper's solutions
Building relationships with prospects
Managing a sales pipeline
Conducting consultations
Presenting product solutions
Achieving sales targets to contribute to company growth
Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, with excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
