Responsibilities

Support the design onboarding from start to finish for specific domestic locations

Support pre-hire communication approach from when offer is signed through employee’s first day as defined by the manager

Manage onboarding inquiries via the standard ticketing system to ensure metrics are captured that are associated with onboarding

Suggest methods to update, simplify, or enhance processes, procedures, and technologies

Manage virtual ITAR document verification across all locations

Support all tasks assigned by the Onboarding Manager

Manage I9 document verification and processing for specific location

Required

HS Diploma and 4+ years of HR experience

Experience onboarding in Workday

Experience using Workday as an HRIS

Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus

Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, operate computer keyboard and controls, and communicate verbally and in writing

Must be physically able to commute to buildings

Occasional exposure to dust, fumes and moderate levels of noise
