Divisional Vice President - 401k & PEPS Sales WORK FROM HOME w/TRAVEL - US ONLY
Slavic401k is a company focused on providing retirement plan offerings. They are seeking a Divisional Vice President - 401(k) and PEP Sales to drive revenue growth by building relationships with financial advisors and generating leads.

Responsibilities
Make sales calls to financial advisors, consultants, and other intermediaries in the retirement plan market both virtually and in-person to achieve sales targets
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the features and benefits of Slavic401k single employer plans and PEPs
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with advisors and other industry partners
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce
Strong knowledge of key competitors with the ability to highlight our competitive advantage in the PEP marketplace
Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing/targeted firms/institutions, how they operate, and our value proposition(s)
Develop, direct, implement, and maintain a business plan to achieve sales and growth goals for your assigned area of responsibility
Qualification
Required
Must be eligible to work in the US without employment sponsorship
7+ years' experience in retirement plan recordkeeping sales required with a strong focus on 401(k) and PEPs plans
Proven experience in retirement plan sales working with financial advisors
4+ years of Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or additional equivalent work experience
Extensive knowledge of 401k plan design, sale strategies and methods
Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail, diligence, and adaptability
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Results driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Series 65 preferred
Sales Management experience a plus
