Dealer Trainer
Affinity Development Group is focused on training and supporting the Auto Program Dealer Network. The Dealer Trainer is responsible for conducting phone-based training sessions, assisting Dealers with certification, and providing ongoing support to ensure success in the Auto Program.

Responsibilities
Facilitate phone-based training sessions on a variety of topics related to our Auto Programs; including training Dealers on how to use our website and program tools
Assist Dealers in completing post training program certification
Answer incoming calls and respond to Dealer requests post training
Build and create rapport with assigned Dealers and Field Representatives
Process on-line tickets to update Dealer information in the Company’s customer relationship management (CRM) software
Provide ongoing support for Field Representatives in assigned territories
Take detailed notes and document all Dealer conversations in the CRM software
Coordinate with our Dealer Schedulers to communicate scheduling needs
Contribute to manufacturer promotions by training participating program Dealers
Attend and participate in department meetings
Maintain open communication with the Department Manager and Executive Director
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two-year College or university; and/or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent follow-up, relationship building and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented; able to multi-task and stay organized
Friendly demeanor & positive attitude
Self-motivated, must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Continually strives to improve skills and knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable being on the phone
Must be a team player and work well with others
Must be flexible and adaptable to change
Must be able to meet deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and the internet
