PM Front Desk Agent-Part Time
Cape Ann Marina is a hospitality company that offers waterfront accommodations and marina services. They are seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service during afternoon and evening shifts, managing guest check-ins, reservations, and overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
Check guests in and out of their accommodations, accurately processing payments and providing necessary information
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, offering assistance and solutions as needed
Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling reservations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information
Operate the property management system efficiently
Balance cash drawer and complete daily reports
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist with guest luggage as needed
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer systems and property management software
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
