Schaeffer Manufacturing is looking for self-driven professionals to build a long-term, repeat-order business through relationship-based selling. The Outside Sales Representative will sell industrial lubricants, hydraulic oils, and fuel additives while managing their own schedule and income potential.
Responsibilities
Build a business — not just another sales job
Sell industrial lubricants & hydraulic oils
Sell heavy-duty engine oils & greases
Sell fuel additives & specialty products
Build a book of business
Create recurring revenue
Manage long-term income
Work independently without micromanagement or hourly quotas
Qualification
Required
Self-driven professionals
Ability to build a long-term, repeat-order business
Experience in relationship-based selling
Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor
Ability to sell industrial lubricants, hydraulic oils, heavy-duty engine oils, greases, fuel additives, and specialty products
Ability to work with manufacturing, fleet, construction, agriculture, mining, and food production sectors
