Responsibilities
Daily upload of bank statements (4 banks)
Managing the Cash Flow
Forecast of the Cash Flow (using company software Tagetik)
Manage the payments (vendors, rent and intercompany)
Managing IFRS’16 (lease agreements and cars using company software Tagetik)
Managing rent of stores, office, corporate apartments (using SAP RE)
Managing company credit cards (inquiries, opening/closing a credit card, paying the balance, activating employees, etc.)
Supervising the process of Tenant allowance
Working with banks to issue the Letters of Credit
Placing deposits
Participate in monthly closing for the group and local subsidiary
Prepare various reports for management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance
5+ years of accounting/finance experience
Strong knowledge of accounting/treasury principles, practices, and regulations
Proactive and responsible
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong proficiency in Excel
Preferred
SAP experience is a plus
