Indirect Lending Auditor (Cullen)

The Indirect Lending Auditor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EECU and state requirements for funded loans, tracking exceptions, and collaborating with Indirect Funders to rectify errors.

Responsibilities
Auditing each funded Indirect and D&M Leasing loans to ensure contracts/lease agreements meet all EECU and State requirements
Ensure that the Indirect Funders accurately obtained all the stipulations required by the approving Underwriter
Verifying that the Indirect Funder accurately inputs loan data into Symitar's software system
Track all exceptions made by the Indirect Funders
Work directly with the Indirect Funders on rectifying the errors until the loan account is properly resolved
Review the FASB91 report daily and work directly with accounting if any mistakes arise due to inputting errors
Provide backup assistance to the Indirect Funders, ensuring the dealer contracts are within EECU and State compliance
Verify interest rates, terms, and advances, along with verifying the original approval is met
Ensure all EECU and State documents are provided from dealership in loan package
Work with the dealer until contract falls within guidelines if any item is not within EECU or State compliance
Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA
Attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training
Qualification
Required
Must have 5-7 years in the Banking/Financial industry
Must have 5 years in the Indirect Auto Lending Program
2 years Credit Union experience
Must have an indirect auto background
Must have analytical skills and computer proficient
Extremely detailed, able to handle a fast paced atmosphere
Able to effectively communicate to the dealers in order to obtain completed loan packets in a timely manner for funding
EECU will, in compliance with applicable law, evaluate an applicant's credit history. Only applicants with good credit history will be considered for open positions

Advance knowledge of Indirect Lending preferred
