Sales and Customer Success Representative

Provide quality customer service and sales to anyone who calls, texts or emails!
Performs other tasks related to swimmer's and family's experiences as necessary
Qualification
Required
Customer services skills are a must
Prior sales experience required
Must be comfortable with computers and many platforms
Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Must pass background examinations (included with training)
High school diploma or GED is required
High level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems
Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required and will be provided during training
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Two or more years previous customer service, sales and/or administrative office experience preferred
