In this role, you will prepare patients for cardiac procedures, operate advanced imaging technology, and ensure the safe operation of equipment while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Proficient in the preparation of the patient for all procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Radiology and EP Laboratory

Responsible for the maintenance, inventory, stocking & sterile preparations of all equipment, parts, catheter devices & room preparations for each procedure

Expertly perform specialized interventional diagnostic and therapeutic examinations of the heart and blood vessels under physician guidance

Meticulously preparing patients, operating advanced radiologic equipment, and contributing critical data for interpretation

Ensure the safe, efficient operation of all equipment while maintaining mastery of our latest standards and protocols

Required

1 year minimum cath lab and interventional radiology experience with both scrub and monitor

Graduate from an approved Radiological Technology Program or Advanced training or licensure equivalent to ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV)

Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) within 90 days of employment

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of employment

Preferred

Minimum 3 years current hands-on x-ray and scrub experience within an interventional EP Lab
