Cloud Solutions Partner Alliance Specialist
iT1 is a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, and they are seeking a Cloud Solutions Partner Alliance Specialist to join their Consulting team. The role involves leading engagement with Microsoft and its partner ecosystem, driving go-to-market initiatives, and optimizing performance through strategic collaboration and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with Microsoft Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and account team(s)
Lead co-sell motions, manage Microsoft Marketplace listings, and align campaigns with Microsoft GTM teams
Leverage Microsoft programs such as Solution Partner Designations, AMMP, Partner of Record, and Commercial Marketplace incentives to drive ROI
Track KPIs including Azure consumption, M365 seat growth, Co-Sell pipeline velocity, and incentive attainment
Support onboarding and enablement of teams on Microsoft programs, technical certifications, advanced specializations, and Partner Center tools
Partner with sales, marketing, licensing, and technical teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft's strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud partnerships, alliance management, or channel growth
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Experience with Microsoft Partner Center, Solution Workspace, and Commercial Marketplace
Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models, incentive structures, and funding programs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Multi-Cloud experience with Google and AWS preferred
Microsoft Fundamentals Certifications
