Internal Recruiters (AI Tech Startup)
Kayman Recruitment is representing a fast-growing AI company that automates the hiring process using large language models. They are seeking Internal Recruiters to manage full-cycle recruiting and build strong pipelines across Operations and Engineering.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → closing) across multiple functions
Build strong top-of-funnel pipelines using outbound, referrals, and talent intelligence
Design and run structured interviews and assessments that predict performance
Partner with hiring managers on process, levelling, and decision-making
Track funnel performance with data and drive improvements in speed and quality
Deliver an excellent candidate experience end-to-end
Qualification
Required
Current experience working in a technology startup as an internal recruiter
Track record in a hyper growth environment
Be willing to work in office daily
2–10 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting within high-growth tech startups
Experience hiring both technical (engineering) and non-technical (operational) roles
Proven ability to source creatively and build pipelines from scratch
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Comfortable using data and structured processes to improve hiring outcomes
Preferred
Experience recruiting in these roles in AI/ML, infrastructure, or enterprise GTM
Knowledge of automation/LLMs in recruiting workflows
Existing network within top AI/startup ecosystems
