Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager - Experienced
Confidential is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join their dealership team. The role involves managing the financing and insurance processes, building strong customer relationships, and maximizing dealership profitability while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance process for vehicle sales, including loan approval, credit analysis, and contract preparation
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate a smooth financing experience
Present and explain various financial products, warranties, insurance options, and extended service plans to customers
Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
Process title work, title processing, and ensure all paperwork complies with federal and state regulations such as TILA
Collaborate with lenders to secure financing approvals while negotiating terms that benefit both the customer and dealership
Utilize financial software systems for loan processing, credit analysis, and contract documentation
Conduct basic math calculations accurately for loan terms, payments, and credit assessments
Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership inventory, vehicle features, and current promotions to assist in customer consultations
Ensure all deals are completed efficiently while adhering to legal standards and dealership policies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in automotive sales or finance management within a dealership environment
Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Knowledge of financial services including loan officer experience, credit analysis, and loan processing procedures
Familiarity with industry regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and contract law related to auto financing
Proficiency in financial software applications used for deal structuring, credit reporting, and title processing
Effective negotiation skills to close deals favorably while maintaining customer satisfaction
Ability to upsell products confidently without compromising integrity or compliance standards
Basic math skills including 10 key typing for accurate data entry and calculations related to finance agreements

Familiarity with automobile sales processes is highly advantageous
