Responsibilities
Support day-to-day clinical operations to ensure smooth, efficient execution
Assist in documenting and reinforcing operational guidelines and standards
Support onboarding and ongoing training of clinical teams
Help optimize patient and staff workflows for consistency and efficiency
Assist with clinical inventory management, supply ordering, and expense tracking
Identify operational gaps and escalate improvement opportunities
Support operational initiatives across client practices
Model professionalism, accountability, and service excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, train, and hold teams accountable with professionalism
Comfort learning hands-on technical skills as part of operational mastery
High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Willingness to work within clinical environments as part of training and oversight
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
