Sales Manager - Midmarket SaaS
Responsibilities
Own net-new acquisition for a cloud-native SaaS platform across a defined US midmarket territory
Run full-cycle sales: discovery, tailored ROI-led demos, multi-threading, commercial negotiation, and close
Sell into stakeholders like VP Finance, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing, and operational leaders, tying outcomes directly to revenue, efficiency, and margin
Close multi-stakeholder deals in the $30K–$70K ARR range, often against incumbents or manual processes
Keep a tight CRM and forecast: clean stages, realistic timelines, and clear next steps
Partner with product, marketing, and solutions teams to shape compelling use cases, trials, and POCs that convert
Feed structured insights from the field back into the business (use cases, integrations, objections, KPI needs)
Represent the brand at virtual and in-person SaaS events, webinars, and conferences when required
Qualification
Required
Experience selling cloud-native SaaS into business stakeholders
Experience with midmarket deals
Average deal size: $30,000+ ARR
Annual quota: $550,000+ ARR
Ability to run full-cycle sales: discovery, tailored ROI-led demos, multi-threading, commercial negotiation, and close
Experience selling into stakeholders like VP Finance, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing, and operational leaders
Ability to close multi-stakeholder deals in the $30K–$70K ARR range
Experience keeping a tight CRM and forecast: clean stages, realistic timelines, and clear next steps
Ability to partner with product, marketing, and solutions teams to shape compelling use cases, trials, and POCs that convert
Ability to feed structured insights from the field back into the business
Willingness to represent the brand at virtual and in-person SaaS events, webinars, and conferences
