Veterinary Customer Service Representative
Veterinarian Recommended Solutions (VRS) is one of the fastest growing companies in Philadelphia, known for its innovation in veterinary medicine. They are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to educate and promote their products, handle customer inquiries, and ensure exceptional service through inbound and outbound communication.

Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service on the telephone to all inbound and outbound veterinary product callers
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about VRS products as recommended by the pet veterinary care provider
Perform general data entry as necessary
Focus on retention of current customers by providing courteous and knowledgeable information regarding billing and following up on any questions
Display professional, courteous, and efficient communication through both inbound and outbound sources, including face-to-face, telephone, and email
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of customer service experience required
Proficient in MS Office Suite as well as being able to learn new systems and retain information
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Health Care or Veterinary related field preferred but not necessary
Call center experience preferred
