Ensuring data accuracy
Providing technical and functional support to HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders
System configuration
Auditing
Reporting
Troubleshooting to optimize HR processes and compliance
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
Must have three (3) or more years of experience supporting HRIS systems, preferably with Dayforce
Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
Must possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for HRIS data integrity
Must have experience with HRIS reporting tools
Must have familiarity with workflow and XML form configuration
Previous experience with customer service
Must be able to report to work in our Beachwood, Ohio office. This is not a remote position
