The Aerospace Kitting Representative will be responsible for organizing and preparing kits of parts for various applications, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities
Pull and verify correct parts from inventory based on work orders or kit lists
Accurately use the inventory management system to record part movements and updates
Organize and maintain kitting paperwork, labels, and documentation
Package parts securely and in accordance with quality and shipping standards
Assemble and kit parts together based on customer or internal specifications
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all kits before final delivery
Excel tracking of kit order log and delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Communicate any inventory shortages, discrepancies, or issues to the supervisor
Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and replenishment as needed
Follow all safety and company procedures during handling and packaging
Qualification
Required
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Aircraft and Aviation knowledge preferred
Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
