Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale automations on budget and on time
Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to successful deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines
Be accountable for delivering substantial cost savings through automation initiatives
Identify tangible and non-tangible benefits
Conduct automation assessments, design, and implement solutions using Gen AI and RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate
Evaluate various solution options for automation, recommend the best solutions, and present Proofs of Concept (POCs)
Manage client escalations, maintain executive connections, and lead monthly/quarterly governance meetings
Lead effective communication and coordination across business and IT teams to ensure successful Automation and AI delivery
Act as the primary liaison between the teams, if needed between onsite and offshore teams
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of delivering large-scale UiPath automations
Experience achieving substantial cost savings through intelligent automation in the People & Finance functions
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale automations on budget and on time
Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to successful deployment
Accountability for delivering substantial cost savings through automation initiatives
Conduct automation assessments, design, and implement solutions using Gen AI and RPA tools such as UiPath and Power Automate
Evaluate various solution options for automation and recommend the best solutions
