Qualification
Required
Strong financial and accounting expertise, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards
Proficiency in financial systems and software, as well as advanced Excel skills
Team leadership and collaboration skills to effectively manage and mentor the accounting team
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to drive financial efficiency and support decision-making
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
CPA or CMA certification preferred
Relevant industry experience and familiarity with chemical or manufacturing environments is a plus
