Responsibilities
Builds rapport with existing and potential customer base to encourage customers to use Barri products and loan services
Advises customers about rates & loan product options, while gathering key information to find solutions for BFG customers
Solicits new or current customers via inbound and outbound calling and marketing drives
Maintains customer contact reports
Monitors loan repayment process
Works with highly confidential information such as customer financial records
Maintains current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standards for lending and record keeping
Performs collection activities as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments at specific times
Ability to solve problems and the ability to work within the company to offer support and solutions to our clients
An entrepreneur, with excellent time management and organization
Good use of PC and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Professional communication both verbal and written
Ability to work well independently in a team environment
Ability to work at all levels within an organization
Ability to work under pressure and delivery of requirements on specific dates
