Customer Service Team Leader/Assistant Manager

Goodwill Industries of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead/Assistant Team Leader to assist with retail operations in Houghton, MI. The role involves managing team members, overseeing store operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Assisting with hiring, training, developing, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling team members
Operating store according to budget
Ensuring proper handling and processing of donations
Ordering and maintaining store supplies
Completing Monthly Safety Site Inspections, Incident/Accident reports, Team Meeting and Safety minutes, and other reports on a regular basis

Qualification

Retail work experienceManagement experienceSupervisory skillsTraining skillsScheduling skills

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Retail work experience required
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Preferred

Experience in a management/supervisory retail setting preferred
