Qualification
Required
At least two years of experience in general hotel, apartment or building maintenance
Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers and mechanical systems
Ability to work with hand and power tools, chemicals and heavy machinery
Pride in ensuring guest satisfaction and providing excellent quality work in accordance with high standards
Preferred
Certifications in relevant maintenance fields
