Responsibilities

Processing of material to the required quality standards and standard operating procedures
Preparation of materials and tooling to applied standards
Undertake periodic quality checks on equipment and processes, as specified
Gathering and recording of data
Carry out visual inspection of product according to the device specific criteria
Identify non-compliant material or abnormal events, taking appropriate action as detailed in applied specifications
Contribute improvement activities and participate within working groups
Achieve production targets by undertaking tasks according to specified plan and priorities using local decision making to account for material and equipment availability
Interface with maintenance and engineering staff regularly throughout a shift
Comply with Environmental Health and Safety regulations within the working environment

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing the necessary cleanroom attire
Ability to work strictly to quality standards and specifications
Excellent manual dexterity, working with small parts
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent attendance record, with reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient computer skills, including Google Docs and Google Sheets, and standard data entry systems

Preferred

Previous working experience with Snap Inc. is preferred
Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment, wearing the necessary cleanroom attire
Previous experience working with tweezers, handling small parts
Use of microscopes to perform and judge defects during an inspection
Able to sit or stand for long periods of time to perform work duties
Able to work occasional overtime, as needed
