Responsibilities
Provide second-level support to AGCO GCE, dealers, and customers via phone and ticketing systems to resolve product-related issues
Handle inquiries regarding product features, technical problems, and administrative assistance
Collaborate and escalate issues to Product Teams (Level 2 & 3) and IT Team (Level 3) to ensure timely resolution
Develop technical expertise on assigned products through inquiry handling, knowledge creation, IT collaboration, and occasional field visits
Enhance skills and contribute by participating in training programs and testing new products and features
Qualification
Required
Candidates should be familiar with computer systems and commonly used software applications
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, are required
Preferred
A good understanding of dealership business practices related to product support is preferred
Experience in dealership operations (sales, parts, or service) is beneficial but not mandatory
