Direct impact on front-to-back private credit workflows, from deal execution to portfolio oversight

True product leadership role—not project management

High exposure to investment professionals, senior operations leaders, and technology teams

Opportunity to modernize and scale enterprise investment platforms in a complex, data-rich environment

Balance of strategic ownership and hands-on execution

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for investment lifecycle platforms

Translate complex investment and operational needs into scalable technology solutions

Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery

Partner closely with investment, operations, data, UX, and engineering teams

Establish KPIs and apply Agile/OKR frameworks to drive measurable outcomes

Improve data governance, transparency, and performance insights

Drive adoption through training, governance, and a center-of-excellence model

Engage with peer firms and vendors to stay aligned with leading practices
