Regional Vice President of Sales

Sourcing Solutions Recruiting is representing a high growth, private equity backed investment financial advisory firm specializing in retirement planning and investment advising. The Regional Vice President of Sales will be responsible for nurturing referral partnerships and expanding client relationships within their assigned sales region, ensuring new business success and providing exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

Serves as the singular point of contact for external referral partners in their assigned sales region, nurturing and expanding those relationships and building a strong pipeline of prospective new business
Effectively coordinates with internal advisors, referral partners, and prospective clients during each step of the sales cycle in a timely fashion
Oversees the onboarding process to ensure a superior client experience and new business success

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, financial planning or related, or equivalent experience
5+ of successful sales experience in financial services or a related field
Strong financial planning and investment management knowledge
Series 65 or combination Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
Must be in good compliance standing with all rules, regulations, and policies, including a clean U4 and solid registration history
Strong financial acumen
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-through capabilities

Preferred

Qualified credential, such as Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Investment Consultant (CIC), strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM a plus
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
CFP®, ChFC, PFS, CFA, CIC or similar designation strongly preferred
