Responsibilities
Manage RFx, negotiations, selection and contracting for local business needs
Ensure contract execution (prices, delivery and quality terms) for suppliers based
Manage with the functional leaders major fulfillment issues
Responsible to deliver metrics for the business
Use actual reporting tools for savings, cash , PSL modification
Manage supplier contracts and any modifications within contracts
Ensure adequate communication between functions and the supplier by implementing the right communication tools
Responsible for Suppliers performance , manage and report out QBR sessions
Participate in planning processes (SII, Op Plan etc)
Drive sourcing initiatives (fulfillment, cost productivity, lead times, capacity, digitization, quality)
Drive manual PO reduction and implement e-tools
Coordinate local and remote teams as required
Qualification
Required
Business or Technical Education (University)
Minimum 2 years' experience in Sourcing
Sourcing management tool (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer etc)
Fluency in Excel and MS Office
Good Analytical and communication skills
Fluent English and Hungarian
