The Fusion Technician is responsible for providing technical support, installing and maintaining products at customer sites, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment

Understands and communicates safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all areas of safety, while identifying the needs for crew safety training with responsibility and accountability for the safety of the crews under their direction

Inspects work site to determine sequencing and method of pipe installation and survey for potential hazards or safety concerns

Provides technical solutions and design implementations for products and services

Strong Math skills. Performs routine analysis, calculations, and recommends changes. Diagnoses and reports malfunctions

Learns and understands technical equipment; attends training and completes certification as required

Completes required documentation, forms, etc. for the job at hand (i.e., JSA, Vehicle Inspections, Equipment Inspections, etc.)

Performs other duties, as assigned

Required

Previous HDPE experience. 1 year of experience in area of responsibility

Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to apply effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required
