Learning Care Group is a community-focused organization dedicated to caring for children and families. They are seeking a Center Director who will oversee school operations, ensure safety and quality education programming, and lead staff development and management.

Responsibilities

Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans
Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community
Drive the enrollment and marketing of Everbrook Academy as a premier brand in the child care industry utilizing grassroots marketing strategies, community outreach, and local partnerships
Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment
Recruit, select, and retain quality staff

Qualification

Director qualifiedBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood EducationSupervisory experienceManagement experienceEarly childhood education experience

Required

Must be Director qualified according to state licensing regulations
Bachelor's degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
1-2 years of supervisory/management experience

Preferred

Experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
