Office Specialist - $26 - $32 per hour

7Seventy Recruiting is hiring an Office Specialist to support a growing construction and project management team. In this role, you will help with scheduling, documentation, client communication, and internal coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Information Services

Responsibilities

Maintain calendars, schedules, and project documentation to support timely coordination
Respond to client and partner questions by email or chat with clarity and professionalism
Support new client onboarding, including paperwork and process guidance
Track project updates and assist with reporting and administrative follow-up
Troubleshoot administrative issues and escalate items as needed to resolve them quickly
Keep accurate records of communications, schedules, and key project information
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to support daily operations

Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Patient, proactive, and solutions-focused when supporting clients and internal teams
Comfortable using technology, including scheduling and project-management tools

Preferred

Administrative or operations support experience preferred (construction or service industries are a plus)
