Responsibilities

Assist in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and control panels for manufacturing equipment
Work with PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial automation systems to enhance production efficiency
Support the installation, calibration, and maintenance of sensors, actuators, and motor controls
Analyze electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and energy efficiency initiatives
Conduct research and propose automation solutions to optimize manufacturing operations
Assist in documentation, including wiring diagrams, test reports, and standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all electrical and automation tasks

Required

Currently a student earning a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027

Preferred

Familiarity with electrical circuits, motor controls, and industrial automation
Basic understanding of PLC's, low voltage controls, three phase power distribution, vision systems, electronic sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics and robotics
Experience with Autocad, Solidworks, and MS Office suite
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
