Senior Account Executive, Fintech + Emerging Tech PR
Vansary is a boutique communications and ecosystem strategy firm focusing on fintech and emerging technologies. The Senior Account Executive will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring effective communication and strategic outreach while collaborating closely with leadership to enhance messaging and visibility.
Responsibilities
Drive the day-to-day forward for a portfolio of fintech and emerging-tech accounts to ensure the trains run, stories move, pitches land, and clients feel supported
Work closely with our founder and senior leaders on messaging, thought leadership, content development, and media outreach
Gain exposure to award strategy, speaker platforms, and event-driven storytelling
Day-to-day client communication, high degrees of comfort in driving client meetings and account execution
Media list development, outreach, pitch refinement, follow-ups
Drafting: pitches, bylines, award entries, recaps, briefings, speaking abstracts
Coverage tracking and reporting
Research and trend-spotting for proactive story ideas
Event and speaker coordination for clients
Supporting narrative development and GTM strategy exercises
Participate in messaging workshops, narrative reviews, and creative sessions
Qualification
Required
4–6 years in PR or communications, ideally within financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, or B2B tech
Has worked inside an agency or high-tempo startup environment
Wants mentorship and accelerated growth, not just tasks and output
Values precision: you care about accuracy, narrative fit, tone, timing, and credibility
Thrives in a boutique environment where details matter as much as outcomes

Translating complex product or policy topics into media-ready language
Works collaboratively and enjoys working as a team
Running multiple workstreams without dropping details
