Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals
Build and manage core operational functions, including supply chain, logistics, infrastructure, IT, and overall business operations
Develop and execute strategies to support profitable growth in wholesale and consumer product channels
Drive operational excellence in wholesale distribution, ensuring seamless collaboration with mass retail partners
Develop processes and systems to manage large-scale wholesale accounts and high-volume transactions
Lead supply chain management, including sourcing, procurement, distribution, and fulfillment operations
Implement best practices to ensure cost efficiency, speed, and quality across the supply chain
Partner with the COO and Ownership to set operational strategy and support long-term business growth
Ensure operational systems and processes can scale with business expansion
Build and lead a high-performing operations team (direct reports TBD)
Mentor and develop talent while fostering a culture of accountability and results
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success leading operations in a wholesale-focused business
Proven ability to manage partnerships and operations with large-scale retailers
Familiarity with the unique challenges of consumer goods, from production to distribution
Strong background in business operations, supply chain management, IT, and infrastructure
Experience operating in businesses with $50M–$100M+ in revenue; comfortable leading at scale but not from overly large, bureaucratic organizations
Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and grow cross-functional teams
Capable of balancing hands-on operational management with high-level strategy
