Responsibilities
Own and manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar—proactively prioritizing time, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and enabling the most effective use of the executive’s time
Collaborate closely with internal partners, including direct staff and the broader administrative community, to gather context and track key dates
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, working across time zones and regions to ensure every detail is covered, from logistics to cultural context
Maintain and update communication channels (Slack, DLs, trackers) to ensure accessibility of business-critical information
Support planning of team offsites and cross-functional events - including logistics, vendor management, accommodations, transportation, A/V, and post-event wrap-ups
Ad hoc projects and administrative support
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
Team player with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
Previous experience supporting a large cross-functional/regional team
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with confidential or sensitive information with discretion
Willingness to make informed decisions and exercise judgement to think outside of the box
Understanding of how to prioritise and respond accordingly
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite apps, a high degree of comfort in learning and working with online tools and applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
