Responsibilities
Build, enhance, and support Treasury technology solutions, including borrowing base engines, cash and liquidity workflows, allocation logic, and liability management tools
Develop application components using .NET/C++, Python, and UI frameworks to support Treasury and Finance business processes
Design and maintain SQL-based data processing pipelines, integrations, and reconciliations across Treasury, Finance, and Data systems
Partner with Treasury and Finance teams to understand processes, data requirements, and calculation logic used for cash projections, borrowing availability, funding optimization, and collateral needs
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions supporting liquidity management, daily Treasury operations, and senior management visibility
Troubleshoot complex data or workflow issues; perform detailed analysis across upstream data feeds, models, and system integrations
Participate in refinement of Treasury systems architecture, enhancing automation, control, and operational resilience
Collaborate with onshore and offshore engineering teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues in a timely and high-quality manner
Maintain strong documentation, testing practices, and release discipline
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on Treasury, Finance Technology, or related software engineering experience within financial services
Strong programming skills in .NET (C# preferred), with experience building production-grade applications or services
Proficiency with Python for scripting, data processing, and automation
Strong SQL experience (Snowflake, SQL Server, or equivalent), including data modeling, ETL design, and performance tuning
Understanding of Treasury processes such as borrowing base calculations, daily cash positioning, funding workflows, collateral monitoring, and liability management
Familiarity with financial products including loans, credit facilities, securitized products, and repo/funding instruments
Experience developing UI or dashboard components (Web UI frameworks, reporting tools, or custom front-end development)
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to understand data flows, calculation logic, and business impacts
Excellent communication skills; able to work closely with Treasury, Finance, Operations, and technology partners
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
Preferred
Experience with Treasury Management Systems, fund accounting systems, or liquidity reporting platforms
Familiarity with allocation engines, waterfall logic, or financing facility management
Experience integrating with ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS)
Understanding of enterprise data architectures and financial data models
Experience supporting automation or modernization initiatives across Treasury or Finance
Self-driven learner with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and technologies
