Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes for residential and/or commercial property transactions under Australian jurisdiction
Prepare and review key documents such as contracts of sale, transfer forms, settlement statements, and requisitions
Perform title searches, property certificate requests, and due diligence to ensure property is free of encumbrances
Liaise with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, banks, and government authorities throughout the conveyancing process
Ensure timely lodging of documents and completion of settlements through platforms such as PEXA
Monitor critical dates, including cooling-off periods and settlement schedules, and maintain meticulous records
Stay updated with legislative changes across Australian states impacting property law and conveyancing procedures
