Responsibilities
Develop and deploy comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Manage the day-to-day pulse of accounts, including budget pacing, bid management, and creative testing
Utilise GA4, GTM, and Looker to analyse performance, uncovering actionable insights that drive ROAS and CPA improvements
Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to maximise conversion rates
Deliver clear, transparent reporting on KPIs to internal stakeholders and clients
Partner with our Strategy and Creative teams to ensure performance media aligns with the broader brand vision
Qualification
Required
5+ years in performance marketing or e-commerce, with a proven track record of scaling revenue
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Looker studio and Tag Manager is non-negotiable

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent industry experience
