Technology Navigators is a rapidly growing company focused on digital transformation at scale. They are seeking a Lead Solutions Enablement Consultant to build strong relationships with client teams, lead cloud transformation projects, and manage the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with client teams while understanding key business objectives and driving value through aligned delivery
Lead software/cloud DevOps teams in an Agile environment across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful delivery of cloud transformation projects
Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, documentation, communication, reporting, and risk mitigation
Foster a high-performance culture within project teams, coaching and mentoring team members while removing blockers and resolving conflicts
Collaborate with internal business development partners to identify new opportunities, contribute to account plans, and support commercial strategies
Support the adoption of cloud-native best practices and delivery frameworks across enterprise organizations
Run and manage fixed-fee SOW projects and partner with stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience leading software delivery and/or cloud DevOps teams within iterative/agile environments
Prior experience delivering professional services for enterprise clients in complex, fast-paced environments
Strong command of Agile and PMP project methodologies (certification required)
CI/CD pipeline experience and the ability to work in cloud delivery models (with exposure to AWS)
High emotional intelligence and exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience scoping and designing sessions, running sprint planning, managing distributed teams, and overseeing end-to-end technical delivery
Preferred
Background in telecommunications or similar regulated industries strongly preferred
