Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities
Prevent incidents by ensure 'zero safety incidents' mentality and culture in his line(s)/area
Enforce safety rules and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Prevent incidents by ensure 'zero quality incidents' mentality and culture in his line(s)/area
Monitor and analyze line performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, reduce equipment effectiveness losses and material losses through systemic Loss Elimination
Ensure alignment of line processes with ERP/MES systems and other digital platforms to enable real-time tracking, reporting, and automation
Vertical Start Up of new initiatives
Owns Productivity cycle in the line & deliver productivity improvement projects with excellence
Improve cost through systemic Loss Elimination, Identify and eliminate losses
Building and growing High Performing Teams in his line(s)/area
Coach and develop the Line teams
Work with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to implement and sustain high-performance workflows
Own Loss Intelligence, Loss eradication & Centerlining SWP in the line
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, OPLs, and visual aids to support training and standardization
Owns the Loss intelligence Process which includes the glidepath (initiatives vs expected results in a given timeline) for equipment and material losses in the line of scope
Lead Focused Improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate losses, reduce cycle times, and improve yield (material Losses)
Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct problem solving using the appropriate tools to address process failures and develop corrective & preventive actions
Priority Setting through Daily Management System and effective escalation of issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience), technical certification, or associate degree
2-3 years in current role + ready to promote + proven people leadership skills & capability
1-2 years in Process Engineer role with proven people leadership skills and capability
Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools
The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development
Preferred
Experience in TPM, Lean, 6Sigma and HPO concepts are not pre-requisite but it is a plus
