Responsibilities
Prepare and review submittal drawings, including plans, elevations, reinforcement details, and material specifications
Support the creation of panel, reinforcement, and miscellaneous metal drawings
Coordinate design approvals and ensure alignment with project requirements
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure constructability and accuracy
Support on-site field activities during construction and installation phases
Assist with interpreting drawings, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality standards are met
Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and project managers to maintain schedule and workflow alignment
Conduct field observations, verify dimensions, and help ensure adherence to project specifications
Track project progress against specifications, budgets, and schedules
Identify issues early and assist with problem-solving and escalation as needed
Support required procedure submittals (welding, grouting, post-tensioning, etc.)
Collaborate across departments and participate in project meetings
Contribute to continuous improvement and professional development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, field, and project teams
Preferred
EIT certification
