Responsibilities
Design and build integrated planning systems that handle complex workforce scenarios with embedded AI-driven recommendations
Create intuitive interfaces that make sophisticated planning accessible to business leaders
Partner with Finance, and business teams to enable real-time workforce modeling and decision-making
Launch new features and customer experiences while tracking key performance metrics
Drive project execution from concept to completion, delivering regular status updates to stakeholders
Lead cross-functional initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders through exceptional written narratives
Make critical technical trade-offs on complex, enterprise-scale systems architecture
Navigate financial modeling and budget alignment with Finance partners
Maintain product quality standards while operating in highly ambiguous environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
