Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PMT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and customer obsession
Own the overall product portfolio strategy and roadmap for workforce planning systems that integrate Finance, HR, and business operations data
Drive product vision across multiple products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Design and build integrated planning systems that handle complex workforce scenarios with embedded AI-driven recommendations
Create intuitive interfaces that make sophisticated planning accessible to business leaders
Partner with Finance, HR, and business teams to enable real-time workforce modeling and decision-making
Launch new features and customer experiences while tracking key performance metrics across the portfolio
Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders and drive project execution from concept to completion
Lead cross-functional initiatives, influencing senior leaders through exceptional written narratives
Make critical technical trade-offs on complex, enterprise-scale systems architecture
Navigate financial modeling and budget alignment with Finance partners
Hire and develop top talent, building a world-class product management organization
Maintain product quality standards while operating in highly ambiguous environments
Qualification
Required
6+ years of team management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred
Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
