Mid LevelBanjo's Bakery Cafes is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join their Campbell Town team. In this role, you will lead the Sales Team, provide excellent customer service, supervise employees, and assist the Sales Manager with daily operations of the bakery.

Assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the store
Supervising the Sales Team
Preparing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
Training of new Sales employees
Opening and closing of the store
Merchandising products
Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
Qualification
Required
Confidence, with a positive attitude
Experience in providing customer service
Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
A team player, who loves a challenge
Willingness to grow with us
Preferred
Experience managing and supporting a team is desirable
