Senior Recruiter, Sales/GTM

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter, Sales/GTM to join our team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top Sales/GTM talent to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the company's sales recruitment strategy in collaboration with sales leadership
Partner with our Sales team, Customer Success, Marketing team and leadership to support his growth by finding Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, Presales and more
Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels to identify top talent
Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, and schedule interviews
Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-performing sales professionals
Ensure that all candidates will have a Best-in-Class experience with Sidetrade, by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and guidance
Advise them on the best hiring strategy and talent pool
Always help us to improve by sharing your experience and best practices
Support the Talent Acquisition team when they need you and of course they will be there for you!

Required

Experience in recruiting for Sales/GTM hires within SaaS Software companies, via an agency or in-house recruitment team
An enthusiastic person, strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills with the ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels
Familiarity with full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance indicators
Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding
Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders
