They are looking for a motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join their events coordination team, assisting with event planning, coordination, and on-site execution to ensure every event runs smoothly.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and organizing event logistics including setup, schedules, and supplies
Support event coordinators with staffing assignments and vendor communication
Help manage event check-ins, materials, and registration areas
Ensure that event spaces are properly prepared, organized, and maintained
Provide friendly, professional assistance to clients, guests, and team members
Track inventory, assist with equipment organization, and handle basic administrative tasks
Collaborate with internal departments to support event goals and schedules
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Dependable, punctual, and proactive attitude
Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a team-oriented mindset
