Responsibilities
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate on average 5-7 social workers who implement treatment plans for youth who struggle with behavioral and mental health issues
Train staff, mitigate client safety issues, support program compliance and evaluate staff’s ability and willingness to provide strength-based trauma-informed care
Participate in group supervision, staff meetings and have the ability to shadow those you supervise to provide in-the-moment modeling, coaching, and feedback
Provide back up after hours support to social workers on a rotation basis
Work closely with Aspiranet’s leadership to develop and implement a program budget, practice standards, and a strategic direction
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or related field
minimum of two years' experience working with high-risk youth and families
one year of supervisory experience
Preferred
BBS registration preferred
