They are looking for a VP of Strategic Partnerships to build and lead a new function focused on payers and providers, originating and closing strategic deals while shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the company’s strategic partnerships function from the ground up
Originate, manage, and close partnerships with payers, providers, and technology partners
Develop partnership strategies that align with overall growth and GTM objectives
Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements
Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, and GTM teams
Lay the foundations for a future strategic partnerships team

Required

Proven experience in strategic partnerships within health tech, digital health, life sciences, or technology-enabled healthcare
Strong exposure to payer organisations (essential)
Track record of successfully originating and closing complex partnerships
Experience in US healthcare markets
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience working with providers and clinical institutions is highly desirable
Health tech background preferred; broader technology experience also considered
MBA or PhD a plus
Leadership experience beneficial but not essential at this stage
