The City of Mountain View is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the Enterprise Applications Intern position in the IT Department. This role involves supporting the development of AI chatbots to enhance local government services, while also providing experience in enterprise application support and project management.

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

You are interested in working with local government and will uphold the City's code of ethics and mission

You are highly motivated, reliable and quick-to-learn, and you take initiative and start sentences with 'I can…'

You can establish and maintain effective work relationships with a diverse population and work in a team

You are customer service focused and can express yourself clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing

Preferred

Coursework or experience in AI, machine learning, or application development
